A Sacred Journey of Spiritual Alchemy Step into a sacred container where music, movement, and energy healing weave together to guide you through deep inner transformation. This intuitively guided dance invites you to move freely, shedding emotional, physical, and energetic blockages as healing energy flows through the space. Supported by Reiki, symbols, and spiritual alchemy, each step becomes an act of release and renewal. As stagnant energies are transmuted, you’ll reconnect with your essence—liberated, vibrant, and open to the flow of life force energy.
What to Expect:
In this healing dance, you’ll be welcomed into a safe, sacred space designed for your personal healing journey. We’ll begin with brief introductions to connect as a group and set intentions for the experience and the beautiful Mary Bear will call in the four directions.
There’s no choreography—just freedom to move intuitively. The music is carefully curated to guide you through a progression of rhythms and tones, supporting emotional, physical, and energetic release. As you dance, I’ll be working with Reiki, symbols, and intuitive healing energy to help clear blockages and transmute stagnant energies, creating space for renewal.
After the dance, I’ll guide you through a simple self-healing technique to help you integrate the energy shifts and reconnect to your body. We’ll then return to the circle for an optional sharing time and closing of the circle.
Please bring water and a yoga mat if you have one—there will also be blankets available in the space for your comfort.
