Reiki Level 1 (Shoden) is a 2 day course where you will learn the basics of reiki to be able to treat yourself and your family.Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice developed in Japan by Mikao Usui. It is also a tool for personal development and spiritual growth. You can use it on yourself, friends and family, animals and even plants. It works on all levels of your being - physical, emotional spiritual.
Studies have shown that reiki complements conventional medical treatments to support your body to manage pain, speed up healing times, lower blood pressure, reduce stress and improve overall physical and emotional wellbeing.
Cost: $350 which includes:
2 days of Reiki training Sat & Sun 10 am to 4pm (Accomodation NOT included)
- Daily meditations or Sound healing session
- Opportunity to forge deep connections with like minded people
