Connect with yourself through your expression in this restorative, creativity-centered workshop. Participants will meditate, clear and cultivate positive energy, and engage in sensorial exercises that support accessing the inner self and uncovering a unique creative voice. This session offers practical techniques for grounding, higher-self connection, and intuitive expression that attendees can foster creative flow. Participants will also leave with a personal paper artwork created through these methods. No previous art experience required!
