I’m Erika Merz (she/her), a spiritual empowerment guide, Energy Dance teacher, visionary artist, and activist.
My background spans:
- 15+ years of Aikido
- 14 years of conscious free-form dance evolving into deep spiritual practice
- Decades of spiritual growth with teaching from many wisdom traditions
- Energy work (Reiki), trance states, and embodied healing
- 10 + years of Activism for collective liberation and unlearning internalized oppressive beliefs
- I offer Energy Dance as a tool for transformation—a way to awaken personal power and fuel the global movement toward healing and liberation.
