During a sound bath, gentle sound waves guide your mind and body into a relaxed state, helping to release stress, improve focus, and even promote better sleep. It’s an experience of deep stillness in a busy world—a way to recharge and realign. The instruments used include Tibetan singing bowls, crystal quartz bowls and other percussion instruments.
We provide bolsters, blankets, eye masks, and relaxing essential oils. You can bring a yoga mat to lie on or you can rent one for $3.
You also have the option for an additional $10 to use an aerial hammock so you are literally floating in space, suspended in the hammock, with the sound waves surrounding your whole body. It is a very relaxing, cocoon-like experience.
