OverviewIn this immersive workshop we will explore the subtle dimensions of the body as a living field of energy vitality and awareness. Through guided practices and shared exploration participants will learn how to recognize and release habitual patterns of tension and emotion held within the body opening the way for greater freedom presence and resilience.
We will work with centers of tension and emotional holding using breath gentle movement and awareness-based techniques to dissolve blockages and restore natural flow. Building on this foundation we will engage with energy centers and pathways as understood in different traditions and contemporary somatic approaches.
Throughout the workshop you will be guided through 3 experiential practices designed to help you:
Release stagnant energy and emotional imprints
Awaken and balance your core energy centers
Deepen your connection to the energy body vitality and presence
This workshop is open to all levels of experience and offers both practical tools for daily life and deeper insights into the cultivation of the energy body.

Asyl’s journey spans over a decade of rigorous practice beginning with the Kriya and Tantra yoga traditions and later deepening through samatha and vipassana practices rooted in Theravada Buddhism. After many retreats and years of dedicated training he chose to fully devote himself to exploring the nature of the mind undergoing intensive training in the Rinzai Zen tradition at Korinji - Rinzai Zen Monastery. Today he continues to practice within the Zen tradition enriching his path with training in the mystical teachings of Sufism non-dual meditation teacher programs and somatic teacher trainings.
His work is rooted in the psycho-spiritual domain where he practices and teaches direct methods for engaging the whole being - body mind subtle energy system and heart. Asyl’s approach is integrative blending the rigor of disciplined practice with a deep sensitivity to the unfolding of inner experience and the natural flow of life. He invites practitioners into an embodied path of transformation – one that honors the intelligence of the body-mind nurtures presence and expands perception beyond the ordinary as a gateway to the Sacred and Divine.
Asyl is the co-founder of Innercraft an online platform offering in-depth meditation teachings from diverse wisdom traditions. His professional background includes an MBA from Dartmouth College
