Step into a space of calm, clarity, and connection. This free workshop invites you to explore your natural energy, awaken your awareness, and connect with the present moment in gentle, playful and mindful ways.
In our time together we will:
- Tune into your own energy systems and tune into how it shapes your experience
- Practice simple, grounding and heart-mind-coherence exercises to feel balanced
- Explore our multidimensional senses, as well as ways to navigate these times of change and transformation
- Connect with yourself, your senses, and the subtle energies within and around you
This workshop is for anyone curious about energy, mindfulness, and living with more presence, balance, and ease.
