Students learn how to ground, stabilize, and protect their energy so they feel less drained, less overwhelmed, and more in control—especially in busy or stressful environments.
This two-part format allows students to learn foundational skills in Week 1 and deepen, practice, and integrate them in Week 2.

Grounding techniques for instant stability
How to stop absorbing other people’s stress or emotions
Simple protection and boundary tools
Daily energy hygiene to maintain clarity
How to reset their energy during difficult moments
