In carving out some time and space to explore energy awareness and human connection through intentional space holding, ceremony, interactive and interpersonally games and gentle guided meditation, plus of course whatever else flows!! Playful, spacious and full!
Since I go with the flow of the energy of the day…you never quite know which mix of things will happen!
For sharing food
For climbing trees
With an ice bath to top it all off that the end of the day (if we’re feeling warm and brave aye!)
BRING —
— A POT OF FOOD for a potluck lunch (and your own snacks in between!)
— A BAG of ice and (clothes, towel etc) for the bath!
