You landed in the right place. This is a group session, where Inês creates a safe space for your process of transformation in whatever form you and your body needs.
This is a sacred Energy transmission of life-force energy. This process is very powerful yet safe for body systems, it won’t shock the body. The intelligent energy that is being amplified and transmitted during the process works naturally with physical and energetic bodies and brings conscious expansion and physical healing to the participant.

Kundalini/ Life force/ Chi / Prana (the energy every human was born with) when is activated it has a profound impact on your well being and brings you back to your center, your essence.
What may happen?
You may feel the energy running through the body, third eye activation with visions, images, colors. You might experience astral journeys; emotions rising to the surface (happiness, anger, sadness, joy…) Body movements, stretches, dancing, shaking, mudras… you may feel a deep state of bliss and connection to oneness. It is a process that keeps on giving even after the session.

Group class last 1h 30min everyone over 16 is welcome
(Under 16 only with parent’s consent)
Not suitable for ppl that suffer from epilepsy or pregnant women over 7 months.

No prior experience needed — just bring yourself & a mat.
HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE SESSION:
- Avoid food 3h prior, light stomach is recommended
- Avoid coffee the day of the session
- Avoid alcohol the day before and the day of the session
- Avoid Medic*tion and any substances prior the session
- Dress comfortably, preferably in white or light colors
- Arrive 10 min prior

Inês Martins is a Energy Healer, Mentor, Speaker and Holistic Interior Designer. Born in Lisbon, Inês has explored the world and spread her knowledge and wisdom since she was 19 years old.
