This is a natural energy transmission not a wilful or self-generating process nor is it Kundalini yoga or qigong.

Throughout the session you will be lying down. Elina works also in the physical body by removing any energy blockages by touch which allows the healing to happen in a deeper level.
All you will be asked to do is to surrender allow and trust.
