About the Class:
Step into an afternoon of exploration and discovery as you connect more deeply with your own energy and the subtle energies around you. This interactive, hands-on workshop offers a supportive and welcoming space to awaken your senses, build awareness, and experience the flow of energy in new ways. Participants will have the opportunity to slow down, tune in, and explore the foundations of energy work in a safe and nurturing environment.
You will Learn:
-How to feel and work with your own energy, utilizing all of your senses
-Some basic knowledge of the meridian system and ley lines
-How to balance, cleanse and feel your chakras
-How to balance, cleanse, feel and possibly see auras
-How to create A Sacred Safe Space, plus a few more SURPRISES!
This is a hands-on workshop, and we will be taking our time to explore many avenues of energy work. Bring your thinking caps, journals/pens, and curiosity.
