The event will take place at the Gulf of Georgia Cannery National Historic Site on Fourth Avenue. Get ready to pedal your way through scenic routes and explore the rich history of the area. Whether you're a seasoned cyclist or just looking for a leisurely ride, this event is perfect for all skill levels. Don't miss out on this exciting opportunity to energize your body and mind while enjoying the great outdoors.
Date: May 4th, 2024 Time: 10:30AM-12:30PM (Arrive 30 minutes early for bike checks and maintenance)

This event is sponsored by the City of Richmond’s Energize Richmond campaign. We’ll highlight road rules and bike safety, bike gear, the City of Richmond’s biking infrastructure, and the environmental benefits of biking. Along the route, you’ll learn about Richmond’s history and landmarks.

Energize Richmond is a new initiative launched by the City of Richmond to increase community awareness of energy and climate issues, empower diverse leaders to take action, and identify new solutions to support those most vulnerable to rising energy costs and the climate crisis.
