About this Event
Bring your own mat and any other props you'd like (block, towels, water, straps, etc.) We will practice at the north east corner of Wash Park near the fire station.
This energetic vinyasa yoga asana practice is supportive for all abilities, experiences, and identities. It is designed to be appropriately challenging as a way to gently expand your tolerance for discomfort, build heat, and combat sluggishness. As always, you get to choose how you engage and are completely in charge of how challenging and in what ways you want the practice to be!
Donation-first (or no pay at all) so that financial barriers to care are minimized and community care is maximized. 15% of each class’s donations will go directly and immediately to a monthly, community chosen organization working for social justice.
