What am I doing during a Sound Bath?
During a sound bath ceremony, Darah will guide you through a grounding meditation connecting you to your body and the earth, then transition into the sound bath. Enter into a dreamlike state as the sounds of Darah's ancient and grounding voice, crystal bowls, elk skin drum, chime, and shell rattle, take you on a journey of release and restoration. There will also be some light touch and energy work (if consent is given).
