Taking care of your energetic hygiene is equally as important as your physical hygiene. If Reiki or paying for energy healing services isn't in your monthly budget, no worries you can learn self-cleansing techniques on your own!
In this interactive workshop, Mariah Green, energy healer, Reiki Master and licensed mental health professional, walks participants through the functions of the seven major energy centers, energetic clearing, restoring, and protection techniques. Participants will learn how to protect and recharge their energy in any setting, utilizing techniques including, but not limited to, chromotherapy and shapes. The first two participants in attendance will receive a chakra reading.
