What is Grounding? Grounding is connecting yourself to the Earth’s energies and being fully present in your body. Do you feel distracted? Disconnected? Have you noticed a change in your energy or sleep? You may be experiencing these symptoms because you aren’t grounding your energy regularly. In this class we will discuss grounding methods and exercises that can easily be incorporated into your day to day life to help you become more grounded.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Elizabeth Renee is a Spiritual Teacher and Healer. Elizabeth Renee is an Energy and Sound Healer, and Reiki of the Violet Flame practitioner. She has studied many aspects of Spirituality including Tarot and Oracle, Crystals, Wheel of the year, Herbs and Essential Oils, Energy work, Sound healing, and Reiki. Elizabeth has studied at The Covina Institute and The Sacred Temple Mystery School. Her mission for teaching is to help people learn to connect to their energy and provide tools that can easily be added into daily practice. Elizabeth’s spiritual journey has provided her with the experience and tools to tap into energies and loves sharing her knowledge to help people connect to their sacred self.
