The intention
Energetic Exchange is a gathering for hearts, souls, and mindful living - a warm, welcoming sisterhood circle to help you reset, reconnect, and feel supported.
This week’s focus: Choose Again.
When you’re feeling frustrated, angry, or flat-out pissed off, you may not be able to flip into joy instantly - but you often can pause, breathe, and choose a next step that feels more aligned with your authentic self. “Choose again” is a practice of awareness, compassion, and course-correction.
What to expect
