Tribe Creative Sleepover Weekend/ Endometriosis Retreat
What if you could spend an entire weekend surrounded by women who truly understand what you’re going through? Women who face the same challenges and triumphs, living life as warriors like you?
Welcome to the Tribe Sleepover Weekend, hosted by FemWear—a one-of-a-kind, uplifting cozy, and empowering weekend for women navigating Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, PCOS, PMDD, and other similar challenges.
This February, join us for a transformative weekend filled with connection, creativity, and self-care.This is NOT a full on learning weekend about conditions but a place to embrace your inner glow and connect with others via fun engaging activities we have planed for you. Whether you want to make lifelong friendships, indulge in plant-based meals, or simply stay in your PJs and snuggle with a hot water bottle, this is your space to recharge and heal.
✨ What’s Included
- Welcome Gifts: A pair of Magic Tribe Leggings (worth £127!) and—plus a few surprises to make you feel special.
- Plant-Based Meals: 5 X 3-Course Balanced Nourishing Meals made by our warrior chef, so you can focus on YOU. We don’t serve alcohol because we love the idea of connecting without it, but you’re welcome to bring your own.
- Creative Workshops: Try clay crafting, paint-and-sip sessions, and more in a supportive atmosphere.
- Bonding Activities: Dance parties, movie nights, or laid-back PJ hangouts—your choice!
- Relaxation & Sharing: Cry, laugh, overshare, or simply rest. This is your space to be yourself.
📅 Weekend Itinerary
Please note, all of these activities are optional. If you find yourself having a flare-up, feel free to take a relaxing bath or enjoy some quiet time in your own space.
Friday
- 4 PM: Arrival + Welcome Snacks
- 6:30 PM: Pelvic-Friendly Dance (TBC) or Friendship-Building Activities
- 7:30 PM: Dinner
- 8:30 PM: Movie Night, Karaoke, or Lazy PJ Time
Saturday
- 8 AM: Cacao Ceremony
- 9 AM: Breakfast
- 11 AM: Clay Workshop
- 12:30 PM: Lunch
- 2 PM: Intention-Setting for Spring + Open Discussion
- 5 PM: Empowering Paint-and-Sip Session (Non-Alcoholic)
- 7 PM: Dinner + Bonding or Relaxation
Sunday
- 8 AM: Breakfast
- 9 AM: Farewell

We’ve ensured that the location we’ve chosen is not only cozy and welcoming but also highly accessible by car, train, or bus. If you are anxious about your travel email us. Whether you’re traveling from London or Manchester, getting here is straightforward:
Our venue is cozy, welcoming, and highly accessible via car, train, or bus:
- By Train:
- From London St Pancras: 1 hr 26 min to Long Eaton → followed by a 12-min drive OR 25-min bus ride.
- From Manchester Piccadilly: Under 2 hours to Nottingham → followed by a 12-min walk and bus ride.
- By Car:
- From London: A scenic 124-mile drive (approx. 2.5 hours).
- From Manchester: Just over 2 hours.
- By Bus:
The nearest bus stop is a 15-min walk from the venue.

💳 Payment & Refund Policy
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancel by 20th January: Ticket is refundable
- Cancel after 20th January: No refund is given. We will ship your Magic Tribe Leggings to your address provided email [email protected] .
Goodwill for Medical Emergencies: With proof of an emergency procedure, we’ll refund your payment (minus the £150 non-refundable deposit), no matter how close to the event. You will not get any leggings.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances that cause FemWear to cancel this weekend, you will receive a full refund.
*This weekend is for women (AFAB*) only, as we want to create a comfortable and open space for women to share their journeys and enjoy some quality, relaxed time.
