Welcome to our gathering at Thrive Wellbeing Hub ! Join us for an evening of connection, support, and empowerment with fellow endometriosis warriors.
👯♀️ This is a safe space for sharing experiences and building a strong community of Endo Sisters.
🧦 Wear your comfies and bring your hot water bottle if you like (we can fill it up with hot water when you arrive) and fluffy socks.
🧘 We'll start with a grounding meditation (don't worry, you don't have to be spiritual or practice meditation, it's to make space to focus on ourselves and connect to how we're feeling)
☕️There'll be tea and homemade treats to enjoy after sharing stories, with plenty of time to make new friends.
There is no expectation for you to share your journey, you may want to simply come along to feel the healing magic of sisterhood ✨
Let's come together to uplift each other and navigate the challenges of living with endometriosis. Whether you're newly diagnosed or a long-time warrior, all are welcome to join our circle. Let's support each other and spread awareness about this often misunderstood condition.
