A yoga matt, water, and whatever you would like to feel comfortable.
* The studio will have matts, bolsters, blocks, etc. but the matts are limited! *

Your new favorite way to end the week. This class gives attention to the muscles we ignore, especially with a desk job. Be ready to go slow, stretch big & finally unwind.

Be kind (to others, but especially to yourself), be open minded & please leave the shoes at the door to help keep the floor so fresh & so clean clean! Most importantly, listen to your body & have fun!
