We thought we would end the summer with an event that lights up our Traeger Ironwood, Monolith Kamado and Gozney Dome and highlight cooks that you could do in the autumn.
Si will be on hand with his outdoor cooking expertise, a few good barbecue ideas and his razor sharp wit. Martin will have cooked a couple of longer cooks during the day such as BBQ Pit Beans and Chuck (or Rib) roasts. Should you want to try your hand at stretching pizza dough, making and cooking a pizza than this will be your lucky night. Give it a go, no one will watch.....honest!!
