End of Life Choices presented by Compassion & Choices (New Date)

**This program has been rescheduled for Monday, November 18 at 6:30 p.m.
Compassion & Choices advocates for improved care for one’s end-of-life: hospice, palliative care, VSED, and medical aid in dying. At this program they’ll dispel myths and misinformation by providing accurate details. They’ll discuss advanced directives and being transparent with family and friends. Compassion & Choices will educate adults on how to maintain their personal medical autonomy.
