About this Event
End of life care is everybody’s business, patients die in all areas of the hospital, some expected and some not, we only get one chance to get it right.
We are thrilled to be holding a face-to-face workshop in March.
The End of Life Care Program aims to improve the provision of high quality end of life care by sharing information on implementing innovative and effective practice. Using human centred design thinking to develop solutions to improve quality, communication, and partnerships at end of life.
This year the End of Life Care workshop will continue to share data and stories about caring for individuals and families at the end of life. Embedding the importance of quality End of Life care in the whole of health system.
The End of Life Care workshop is an excellent forum for discussion and a great opportunity to hear from leading experts in the field and share innovations from our membership.
We hope you can join this growing group and share your wisdom as well as gaining new knowledge from your peers.
