Green Alumni - End of an Era Event
Presented by Green Alumni Association & Green Schools
Join us for a memorable day as we bid final farewell to our beloved school before it is torn down. This is your last chance to revisit the halls, classrooms, and memories that have shaped so many lives.
Event Details
Date: April 06, 2025,
Time: 2:00PM to 6:00PM
Location: Green Intermediate School, also known as The Old High School on Steese Rd.
Activities and Highlights
• Green Alumni Car Cruise-In: Enjoy a showcase of classic cars owned by alumni classmates.
• Open Gym: Shoot some hoops and take your last shot in the gym.
• Full Meal in the Cafeteria: Relive the experience of going through the cafeteria line and sitting with friends, paper wads are optional.
• School Tour: Explore the school, and revisit your favorite classrooms, detention offices, and other memorable spots.
• Rooms will be Open for Memories and Photos: Many rooms, including music, band, library, and locker rooms, will be open to relive memories and take your last pictures.
• Silent Auction: Bid on memorabilia items from the Old High School, Greenwood, and the Middle School, as well as some new items.
• Music and Dance: Dance to tunes from the 1960s through the 1990s in the gym.
• Concession Stand for Snacks and Souvenirs.
Additional Information
$15.00 per person will include Admission, Tour, Meal, and Entertainment. Plans are in the last stages, and we are looking for volunteers to help make this day possible.
