We are excited to offer two more classes!!! Due to the popularity of these classes, starting this Wednesday (09.24.25) an additional Seated Cardio class will be offered after the 10:30 class beginning at 12:30-1:30pm.
Beginning next Monday (09.29.30) an additional Strength & Conditioning class will be offered at 12:30-1:30pm! See flyer below!!
