What better way to spend your early Saturday evening then at an exclusive comedy show with some of the very best talent that London has to offer?
Brought to you live from Enclave: Acton, the Enclave Comedy Club brings the funny to you – because why should you have to go to the West End for a laugh? Grab your popcorn and a chair – this is not an event to miss, with a lineup of top comedy talent including Abi Clarke, Eshaan Akbar, Maple Zuo and Lee Peart.

All tickets - both residents and guests - should be registered for under the name and details of the individual attending.

Abi Clarke
Stand-up comedian, actor, and presenter Abi Clarke has a massive social media presence, amassing over two million followers for her hilarious, relatable sketches. Recognised as one of the internet's comedy stars by The Independent, she is a fast-rising force on the UK stand-up circuit, supporting comics like Russell Howard and Phil Wang. Abi hosted the popular BBC podcast It’s… Wagatha Christie. Her TV credits include Dating No Filter (Sky Max) and The Apprentice: You’re Fired (BBC Two)
Eshaan Akbar
Eshaan Akbar is a comedian and writer who has appeared on Live at the Apollo, QI, Mock the Week, and Sex Education, becoming the first person of Bangladeshi heritage to appear on several of these shows. He has toured the UK with multiple sold-out shows, including his latest, ‘Eshaan Akbar: Can’t Get No Satisfakshaan.’ Eshaan supported Micky Flanagan on his recent tour, including nine dates at the O2 Arena. He was also the voice of Rishi Sunak and Sajid Javid on Spitting Image.
Maple Zuo
Maple Zuo is a Chinese-Mongolian stand-up comedian bringing sharp wit and cross-cultural humour to stages across the UK. A regular at top clubs including The Comedy Store, Angel Comedy Club and Up the Creek, she’s been featured on BBC’s Cultural Frontline and recognised as a finalist in the Leicester Square New Act of the Year 2023 and Funny Women Stage Award 2025.
Maple’s smart, playful take on identity, relationships and modern life has earned her wins at The Comedy Store’s King Gong and Up the Creek’s Blackout—marking her as one of the most exciting new voices in comedy.
Lee Peart
Comedian, presenter, and broadcaster, Lee Peart is a regular on the UK comedy circuit, performing at top clubs and supporting major names like Jason Manford and Judi Love. He is the resident warm-up act for ITV's Loose Women and has worked on shows including Strictly Come Dancing and Britain’s Got Talent. Lee has writing credits on shows like 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown and Late Night Lycett. He hosts a monthly queer comedy night at Komedia Brighton and completed a sold-out residency with his debut comedy cabaret, OutLoud, in 2025
Enclave: Acton is a brand-new all-inclusive rental apartment building, located next to close to North Acton Station. The 32 storey building offers 462 tech-enabled Studios with four floors of amenity providingspace to work, wine, dine, relax and play all under one roof.
The Launch Festival celebrates our opening, and is an opportunity to meet the local community and share our spaces. The programme includes creative activities, talks that cover inspiring stories and personal development, wellness and fitness sessions, and opportunities to socialise, have fun and connect through shared experiences.
The festival is open to all residents of Enclave: Acton , with a number of tickets available for members of the public, the local community and guests. Please book a ticket to guarantee your place at a specific event. Please note that you must be aged 18 or over to attend an event.
If you book a ticket but then can’t make the event, please cancel so that someone else can book in your place. You’re welcome to try and join the event on the day, but the only way to guarantee your space is to book it! Please be at the designated space at the event start time, as your ticket may be given to someone else if you arrive after this.
We may take pictures/video at the events that will be used for marketing purposes, by attending you give your consent to be photographed and featured. Please let us know on the day if you don't want to feature in any photos/footage.
