Encino, California Disaster Response Drill

A coalition of local emergency response and healthcare organizations will be conducting a disaster response drill in Encino Park on Sunday, October 8 from 8 to 1 p.m. Organizers are seeking volunteers to serve as mock victims and assistants, and will be providing certification for community service hours if requested.
