Join us for a magical afternoon of paddling, nature connection, and Halloween fun at the Lyn Conservation Area.Dress as your witchiest self and bring your paddleboard, kayak, canoe, or any non-motorized float for an enchanted afternoon of activities, including:
- Drift into a guided forest bathing experience to ground yourself in the beauty of the autumn woods
- Deepen your relaxation with a sound bath on the water
- Enjoy a social paddle to haunting tunes, where witches, warlocks, and magical beings will glide across the water in their best costumes (prizes for the best costumes!)
- Return to shore to warm up with a cozy witch’s brew and snacks during our forest tea session, accompanied by spooky ghost stories to embrace the Halloween spirit
- Optional: End the day with a closing paddle to enchanting music, reflecting on the magic of the day
No paddleboard? No problem! You can rent one for $20 CAD.
There are only 6 boards available to rent.
Cost: $55 CAD (rent a paddleboard for an additional $20 CAD)

(Weather backup date: Monday, October 6, 2024 5:30-7:30)
Space is limited, registration is required.
Non renters just a friendly reminder for your MANDATORY equipment:
You must bring your own leash, life jacket, flashlight (shock resistant casing )or light for your board, whistle, AND your own anchor for your SUP.
Tips:
1. You can make your own anchor by filling a detergent container or milk container with clay or sand and attaching a nautical rope the length of your paddle to it.
2 .You could also purchase a 10-15lb dumbbell and attach a rope, or you could simply purchase a small boating anchor. Your rope should be 15 feet.
Renters all the equipment you will need for the class is takin care of for you. (Board and safety gear)
If you do not have your safety equipment let me know you are able to rent from Inner-Peace Yoga.
