We will be working with several media to create an Enchanted Forest Scene to put on display or to play with. There will be several little projects that will make up the scene that your kiddo designs from their own mind and imagination!I will teach collage techniques, acrylic paint layering, several different methods for pattern making of images, and sealing the pieces!
Day 1: A Felt Foundation Designing and selecting the elements of the enchanted forest on the foundation - sewing skills, cutting skills, design skills and starting a fun fantasy project. Pattern making and cutting skills involves.
Day 2: Accessories for the forest: Designing, gluing, sewing and creating props such as mushrooms, trees, mountains and more!
Day 3: Creatures in the Enchanted Forest What characters and creatures lurk in this Enchanted forest?! They will create these from scratch and imagination!
Day 4. A structure. Is it a fairy house, a beehive or a castle?
Day 5. Finishing up details, painting/sewing/creating!
