Visitors are invited to enjoy a magically festive experience, exploring Luton Point’s very own ‘Enchanted Forest’. Meandering through the wooded glade, guests can take a seat upon the Forest Throne and enjoy creating a Woodland Craft, before meeting Father Christmas in his log cabin.
Entry to Luton Point’s ‘Enchanted Forest’ event is £3 per child or FREE* if you have spent £20 or more in any of Luton Point’s shops on the day of your visit. Simply show your receipts at the Welcome Desk for FREE entry.

Event:
Upon entering the ‘Enchanted Forest’ you’ll be welcomed by a friendly Forest Elf who will guide the way along the magical forest path. As you explore deeper into the wooded glade, you’ll be invited to create your own wooden Christmas decoration and pose for a festive photo on the ‘Forest Throne’.
Taking pride of place up ahead and nestled amongst the trees, Father Christmas’ log cabin will be shining brightly, with the man himself waiting inside to greet you for a one-on-one family meeting.
After sharing your hopes & dreams for this festive season, Father Christmas will reward you with a magical token, to be thrown into the ‘Christmas Wishing Well’ along with your BIGGEST wish, before you head out of the ‘Enchanted Forest’.
The full activity, including a visit with Father Christmas, will last around 25 minutes in total.

Tickets:
*Entry to Luton Point’s ‘Enchanted Forest’ event is £3 per child or FREE if you have spent £20 or more in any of Luton Point’s shops on the day of your visit. Simply show your receipts at the Welcome Desk for FREE entry.
Your spend / receipt value of £20+ will be recorded by the team for management purposes. You will retain your original receipt and your personal / card details will not be recorded.
A receipt (or combined receipts) for £20+ spend is eligible for a maximum of THREE children to attend the event for free. Additional children, or shoppers not wishing to present receipts, will be asked to pay £3 per child at the Welcome Desk by card or cash.

Bookings:
Entry to Luton Point’s ‘Enchanted Forest’ has been split into 30-minute entry slots.
Please book ONE TICKET per CHILD. Adults DO NOT need to book a space for themselves. Please do not book multiple sessions to allow fair access for all visitors.
Please arrive 5 minutes before the start of your visit time, to ensure sufficient time to ‘check-in’ and capture the full immersive experience. You may be asked to wait for a few minutes before entering into the experience.
If you register for a time slot, but subsequently cannot attend, PLEASE cancel your booking via a link included in your booking confirmation email to allow others to book on to the session. If you miss your time slot, you can still attend but there may be a wait time.
Walk-in spaces will be available each day – however, this will be on a purely first come, first served basis. No access will be given to visitors unless they have been pre-booked or are allocated a ‘walk-in’ space by our Elves and you have presented a receipt for £20+ spend or paid £3 per child for entry. Please bring a copy of your confirmation booking email with you.

Age Suitability:
The recommended children’s age group for this activity is from 3 – 11 years old. Whilst younger children may not be able to complete all of the specific activities, they are still invited to participate.

*Quiet Sessions:
We invite families requiring additional support to book during our first time slots from 10am each Sunday (24th November, 1st / 8th / 15th & 22nd December) when the shopping centre is a little quieter and the children can be allowed more time to complete the activity.
Our quiet sessions cannot be booked online – if you wish to reserve a space(s) for any of these sessions, please email [email protected] and you will be allocated access on a first come, first served basis.
