Formed in 2010 by young musicians originally from San Luis Potosí, Mexico, the group is known for its unique norteño-sax style, blending traditional norteño sounds with saxophone and romantic lyrics.
They’ve been nominated for the Latin Grammy four times and once for a Grammy. Known for delivering high-quality music, La Energía Norteña continuously pushes boundaries, experimenting with new rhythms and instruments. While rooted in the norteño-sax genre, their music often includes pop influences, showcasing their versatility and adaptability to modern trends.
