????????????????Coding is often thought of as a huge task with the prospect of not being able to visualize your work. We offer you a chance to get introduced to the world of coding, but with a slight change. Using art, you will be able to see the fruits of your work, and actually understand how the basics function!
In this workshop, we'll teach you how to use simple code to create complex and beautiful patterns every time. This process involves working with readymade blocks of code which are broken down easily to understand what each process does, and how that affects the kind of art you create!
Learn from our local volunteer Maker champion Sarah how to code your way to a unique design, ready to decorate your next lasercutting project! Or, make your pattern into a stamp and cut it out of vinyl! These make for wonderful gifts, especially with Christmas coming up! With generative art, the possibilities are endless...
For this workshop, no technical background is required, just bring your laptop to try out coding for yourself! ??????
The workshop is in English, but we welcome everyone to come and ask their questions, even in Dutch!
