I'm thrilled to announce my first ever EVENT and want YOU to be a part of it!
Expect an action packed day filled with fun activities and positive energy.
What's Happening:
🔥 Strength Sessions- Led by TRUFIT Coach Jack- We want you to feel more confident when it comes to strength training and to feel as though the gym is a SAFE & ENCOURAGING space. If your a beginner or an advance lifter there will be something in the session for you all! 💦 💪
🧘♀️Mindset & Motivation- Take time to reset with our workshop on Nutrition, Mindset & Motivation - Lets set some goals together to walk away feel READY!
🎶High Energy Tunes - The ultimate playlist to elevate your day!
🥗 Food & Drinks - There will be a stand where you can buy delicious food and drinks throughout the day!
🛍️Goodie Bags- All Attendees will receive a fun filled goodie bag!
