About this Event
The Madison Fire Department and Madison College are teaming up to offer an EMS & Fire Service Interview Workshop.
This free workshop is an opportunity to practice crucial interviewing skills and learn about job interview best practices. Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in a mock interview and receive personalized feedback.
Network with current Madison Fire Department firefighter/EMTs and hear about their recent experiences as a job candidate. Human Resource professionals will share tips and best practices for a successful interview.
Two workshops will be offered. Please only sign up for one.
This event is for anybody actively pursuing a career in fire/EMS or those who have a strong interest in fire/EMS and wish to learn more. We encourage people of color, women, LGBTQIA+, and veterans to attend.
The workshop will begin at 8:00 AM. Sign-in will begin at 7:30 AM.
