Empty bowls is a grassroots movement by artists and crafts people in cities and towns around the world to raise money for the food banks. The S2SPG is proud to support our local food banks in Squamish, Whistler, and PembertonThis year’s annual Empty Bowls Fundraiser will be Thursday, May 9, 2024 from 11:30am–1:30pm at the Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre in Whistler. Each ticket includes a handcrafted pottery bowl and your choice of from Milestones, Grill and Vine, SLCC, RMU, and Whistler Cooks along with bannock donated by the SLCC.
There are extra ways to contribute.
For 10 dollars get something sweet! Whistler Secondary School students’ handmade ceramic desert bowls and Lucia Gelato.
For later: Take away some of the delicious soups in prepackaged litre containers for $10.00
