Empty Bowls of Denton TX

The Empty Bowls of Denton has been fighting hunger in the Denton community since 2000. All of the proceeds from our annual luncheon benefit the Denton Community Food Center and Our Daily Bread Community Kitchen. Local restaurants donate soup, and with each purchased ticket patrons select a handmade bowl to take home. Bowls are donated by individual local potters, various pottery groups and schools. The Golden Triangle Woodturners have also been long-time donors of bowls.
