It’s that time of year again…time for Pueblo School for Arts and Sciences 29th Annual Empty Bowls Event!🥣The Empty Bowls Event is a community fundraiser organized by teachers and students at the Pueblo School for Arts and Sciences network to help fight hunger in our community.
Each student creates one handmade bowl for the event. Members of the community are able to make a $10 donation and in turn they choose a handmade bowl made by a PSAS student and fill it with soup for either lunch or dinner. There is also a silent auction where families can bid on items.
All proceeds go to local agencies: Posada, Pueblo Community Soup Kitchen, and Wayside Cross and Gospel Rescue Mission.
The Empty Bowls Event will be November 8, 2024 at the Sangre de Cristo Arts and Conference Center.
Lunch is from 11:00-2:00 and dinner is from 4:00-7:00.
