Join us for Empress Mommy Soundbath Sessions with Dr. Triya — a sacred experience of sound, rest, and renewal for mothers and divine feminine souls.
A sound bath is a meditative experience where soothing instruments like crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gentle drums create healing vibrations that help release tension, balance your energy, and restore peace to mind and body. No movement is required — simply rest, receive, and allow the sound to wash over you.
✨ Together, we’ll pause from the noise of daily life to honor rest, reflection, and community. As a special touch, this gathering also celebrates Dr. Triya’s birthday, a day of gratitude and giving back to women who nurture the world.
