In honor of Black Girl Mental Health Day, join us for a rejuvenating and empowering experience focused on self-care, healing, and inner growth. This event is designed for Black women to come together in a safe space for yoga, self-reflection, and trauma-release journaling exercises.


πŸ§˜πŸΎβ€β™€οΈ What to Expect:

β€’ Yoga Session: A gentle, grounding yoga practice to help release tension, improve flexibility, and foster mindfulness.

β€’ Self-Reflection Activities: Guided moments of introspection, allowing participants to connect with their emotions and process life experiences.

β€’ Trauma Release Journaling: Engage in powerful journaling exercises aimed at letting go of past trauma and embracing personal healing.

β€’ Design a Lighter: You will customize a lighter to help you let go of your trauma. Use it as a tool to burn away the emotional weight you're ready to release.

Participants will have the opportunity to purchase:

β€’ A physical journal for $20

β€’ An e-journal for $10


πŸ§ƒ Refreshments: Light snacks and drinks will be served, ensuring you stay refreshed throughout the event.
