Our first week of classes will be running NEXT TUESDAY.Unfortunately we did not get enough numbers for the sparring class, but we will look at bringing that back at another date.
But going a head will be..
(6pm - 7pm)Fun & Fitness Martial Arts: A new class focusing on the social and fitness side of martial arts, this class allows a bit of silliness, a perfect bonding experience for teen and parents or a great way to get fit with mates while learning how to protect yourself. ?? *No belt system.
(7pm-8pm)Woman’s Only Taekwondo: Back by popular demand, I’m so excited to bring back this class. The name speaks for itself, progress through the belt system with a like minded group of woman. Feel safe and comfortable while training, whether it’s nerves, anxiety or you just would prefer to train with a group of woman, this class is for you. LGBTIQA+ welcome. Ages 16+ (Affiliated with Taekwondo Central)
