This event is part of Domestic Violence Awareness Month (DVAM), dedicated to raising awareness and supporting survivors of intimate partner violence💜
Why Participate?
Many of us may have family members, friends, co-workers, or have personally experienced intimate partner violence at some point in our lifetime or may have lost someone to domestic violence. This empowerment walk/stroll is an opportunity for us to come together as a community to show our support for survivors and to send a clear message that domestic violence is not tolerated in our homes or communities.
How to Participate
Early Bird Registration for the Month of August is $25.00, and $15.00 for students

Event Highlights
Empowerment Walk/Stroll: A guided walk/stroll around the college campus to symbolize our collective stance against domestic violence.
Honoring Survivors: A moment of silence for the victims who are no longer with us due to domestic violence.
Speakers and Survivors: Hear from Solano County District Attorney Krishna Abrams about domestic violence in our community and listen to powerful stories from Miss California and Survivors.
Resource Fair: Access information and resources from local organizations dedicated to supporting those affected by domestic violence.
Wellness Activities: Engage in wellness activities designed to promote mental and physical health.
Local Vendors: Enjoy delicious offerings from a variety of local food vendors and explore booths from local businesses and artisans.
