Join us to learn the positive impact a healthy lifestyle has on your health and the risk of cancer development. We will explore this through the science of lifestyle medicine and take an in depth look at how we can all make positive changes by tapping into our individual strengths and vision for our health. This event is a part of the previvor series, aimed to help those with a genetic predisposition to cancer make decisions and lifestyle adjustments to manage their risk of a cancer diagnosis. These classes will be led by Bozeman Health Lifestyle Medicine physician, Dr. Joe Sofianek and Mickey Campbell, RN, Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach.
All are welcome to attend either one or both events in the series. There's no need to attend the first in order to join the second.
