Blessing Empowerment of Buddha White TaraLong Life, Wisdom & Good Fortune

During this very special Saturday event, Gen Jindak will grant the blessing empowerment of White Tara, an enlightened being who bestows long life, wisdom and good fortune. We need a long life to complete our spiritual practice, we need wisdom to free ourselves and others from our daily pain and problems, and we need good fortune or positive energy in our mind to achieve a long-lasting experience of inner peace and happiness.
An empowerment is a special guided meditation where we make a connection with an enlightened being, or Buddha, and receive their help and inspiration. In this empowerment we have the opportunity to make a connection with Buddha White Tara; she is a female enlightened being whose function is to bestow long life, wisdom, and good fortune. If we rely upon her with faith, we will receive Tara’s blessings bringing us good fortune and helping us to pacify obstacles to a long and happy life.

10:30am 12 noon Empowerment
12-1:30pm Lunch Break
1:30pm-3pm Commentary to the Yoga of Buddha White Tara
3:15pm-4pm Guided Meditation with the Yoga of Buddha White Tara
Cost: $40 ($35 for Center Supporters)
