*One hour hike (all levels welcome)
*At the midway point Kristina Malin of Holistically Rooted Coaching will lead us through a mini-coaching session focused on empowerment and living a passionate life.
*Light bites and drinks for all
*Leave the morning feeling grounded and ready to take the next step to living a life you love <3
