This event will span a full 8 hours +, demonstrating the term Empowerment through mind opening soulful talks, practical Martial Arts drills, Self Defence Tactics and Mindful Yoga Practices.
Lead by Pink Belt Kickboxing Founders Marc & Miranda, event attendees will participate in educational talks, learn & develop techniques from our flagship Empowerment Programme & integrate them into our Group Exercise Programme session, live, on the day in real-time.
