The WasteShed's Teaching-Artist Series Presents: Empowerment Dolls
In this 1.5 hour workshop, teaching artist, storyteller and doll maker, Victoria Reeves, will teach you how to hand-sew and embellish your own Empowerment Doll! Victoria has taught in schools, community centers and museums around Chicagoland. She also sells her own Empowerment Dolls at local art fairs and teaches her Creativity Lab and Story Craft courses online.
Need a reminder of positivity and purpose this holiday season? Each Empowerment Doll is "infused" with an inspirational message and intention distilled from the wisdom of someone who has shaped you! Gather 'round at The WasteShed Evanston on Sunday, November 17th (from noon until 1:30pm) to capture and celebrate the positive energy in your life!
All materials in the workshop are free to participants to take home!
