During her 20 years in healthcare, Therese Gopaul-Robinson identified a critical issue holding leaders back—a pervasive lack of self-confidence that led to hesitation in decision-making, difficult conversations, and sharing ideas. This silent struggle wasn’t just personal; it was crippling teams, stalling productivity, and diminishing overall business performance.
Therese realized that these hidden fears, often labeled as Imposter Syndrome or Tiara Syndrome, weren’t just affecting individuals—they were undermining entire organizations. In her programs, she directly tackles this issue, equipping leaders with the strategies they need to overcome self-doubt, confidently make decisions, and lead with authority.
Her sessions are designed to solve the root cause of insecurity, transforming it into a strength that enhances team morale, drives productivity, and ultimately improves business outcomes.

Esmée Dorf discovered her love for ballet at the age of 10, performing her first role as a little mouse in The Nutcracker at 11. This early experience ignited a deep passion for ballet, leading her to perform in The Nutcracker for the next eight years. Recognizing a gap in the market for ballet-themed gifts, her father, Eddie, founded Nutcracker Ballet Gifts.
Esmée joined the company in 2008 and now leads the brand, transforming Nutcracker Ballet Gifts from a small family business into a leading Direct To Consumer e-commerce store and a prominent Business to Business wholesaler generating over $1M in revenue.
Under her leadership, the company has expanded its product offerings to include bestsellers like the Pride Nutcracker and an African American Nutcracker Line, inspired by client Debbie Allen’s Hot Chocolate Nutcracker.
Esmée’s strategic vision has propelled the company into a multi-faceted enterprise, forging strong partnerships with ballet companies, schools, and retailers, and making high-quality ballet products accessible to customers worldwide.
