Join Us for the Empowering U North Launch Party for a Tapas Evening!

We’re thrilled to celebrate the expansion of Empowering U, a leading provider of complex, nurse-led care across the Midlands and Northern England. Since our beginnings in Wolverhampton in 2014, backed by over 30 years of experience in nursing and residential care, we’ve grown to support communities with offices in Shropshire, Derbyshire, and Greater Manchester.

Our mission is simple: to deliver clinically led, bespoke, and person-centred care packages for children and adults living in the community. From spinal cord and brain injuries to tracheostomy and ventilator management, PEG feeding, and specialist wound care, our highly skilled teams provide holistic support for a wide range of complex health needs. We also offer tailored solutions for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge.

With our dedicated case management team, we ensure every client is matched with the right case manager to create personalised rehabilitation plans, including care coordination, therapy management, home adaptations, mobility solutions, and collaboration with health and social care providers.

This launch marks an exciting new chapter, led by our Registered Manager, Gemma, who brings a wealth of experience in the care industry since 2009. Gemma is an expert in managing complex care and specialist mental health services, excelling in compliance, quality assurance, and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care of the highest standard.
