Empower yourself to support your child’s strengths, reduce family stress, and feel confident in advocating for their needsParenting a neurodivergent child can be deeply rewarding, but it can also feel overwhelming, confusing, and at times isolating. You want to help your child thrive, yet navigating daily challenges, school systems, and advice from all directions can leave you feeling unsure where to turn.
You are not alone.
This two-hour workshop offers a safe, understanding space to explore how a strengths-based, neuroaffirming approach can make family life calmer and more connected. You’ll leave with greater clarity, practical tools, and renewed confidence in your parenting journey.
For parents of younger children, coaching is often most effective when it focuses on you as the parent—helping you create the environment, structure, and emotional space that allows your child to flourish.
For those with older children (around 14+), coaching can also play a key role directly with the young person, supporting them to understand their own neurology, develop self-awareness, and implement strategies that align with their strengths. Parents in this stage often benefit from coaching to maintain connection and collaboration as their child grows.
What to Expect
In this small, supportive group, you’ll gain:
Practical strategies to reduce family stress and ease daily challenges
Ways to recognise, understand, and celebrate your child’s unique profile
Confidence to parent from a place of strength, connection, and self-compassion
You’ll also have the chance to connect with other parents who truly “get it”—finding your tribe, sharing experiences, and feeling validated in a safe and welcoming environment.
